I’ve created a reproduction of this decider here, and verified that it produces identical results to the cyclers-run-11c0ef00e9c2-time-1000-space-500-minIndex-0-maxIndex-14322029 run.
The implementation was just based on the descriptions on the forums, without checking other implementations. So it’s possible it’s computing the same result in a slightly different manner (and possible that it is computing the result in an identical manner).
